STEP 3

SCHEDULE YOUR EXAM

 

STEP 4

After you pass your exam - Get your fingerprints done.
You can go to your local UPS store, Google "Fingerprinting Services" to find somewhere in your area or you can call your state's Department of Insurance

 

STEP 5

SUBMIT EXAM RECEIPT & FINGERPRINTS TO THE STATE

 

STEP 6

GET NATIONAL PRODUCER NUMBER & STATE LICENSE
Call your state’s Department of Insurance daily & ask them to check on your status to speed up the process.

 

STEP 7

Send your National Producer & State License Number to your manager.

Request Appointments for all of the carriers listed. 

 

You will know you have successfully requested a carrier when it says “BGA” or “At Carrier” under “Currently At”.

Check Surancebay every few days - If you notice any of your carrier requests say "At Producer" please contact your upline. You will need to resubmit that carrier request.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Follow up with each carrier five business days after your contract status has changed to “At Carrier” on SuranceBay.

 

  •  Verify they have all your contracting paperwork and that there are no outstanding requirements.

 

  •  Keep an eye on your email for important messages and appointment confirmation from the carriers.

 

  • Check your spam and promotional folders, too! 

 

  • Make sure once your carrier codes come in you keep them where you can easily access them - you will need your  codes to submit applications.

 

  • Have your upline add you to the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

 

  • Ask your upline for the link to contract with Prosperity & to request American Amicable  be added for you.
